Vintage Garden Party

Have you seen our new vintage line? Think Shabby Chic. Floral patterns. Your grandmother's china. Eclectic groupings of serving dishes and platters. Sipping tea from a mason jar. Gold trimmed plates. Delicate floral embossed patterns on pretty silver serving spoons. It's mismatched china pieces and vintage silver flatware. Antique glass cake stands that are perfect for displaying any desserts, not just cakes. They create a multi-level food display. Vintage china platters and various bowls dress up your buffet spread. We even have mason jars giving a rustic twist to serving your drinks! This vintage look is trendy and feminine. It gives a new life to dishes from older times. A table set with mismatched china is a guaranteed  conversation starter for your party. Just think, each individual fork on the table has a story behind it. People will ooh and ahh over the place settings as they argue about who has the prettiest salad plate! Great for baby showers, wedding showers, women's luncheons, birthday parties, even wedding receptions.

A customer recently threw a "Vintage Garden Party" themed Retirement party and shared the pictures with us. What a fabulous look! We love how they incorporated their own items such as tin trays, antique watering cans, and tiny clay pots used as votive cups to expand the theme throughout the house.

The buffet table included vintage china, vintage glass cake stands and decorative stainless chafers. A lavender linen with a hemp (faux burlap) overlay bunched up in a the center was covered with votives.

A vintage glass cake stand was used to display desserts.

Shown here: vintage china platter, bowl and vintage silver meat fork. Mismatched china creamers were used for sauces.

The theme continued on the patio which was decorated with various potted plants, fresh cut flower arrangements and colored mason jar style votive cups.

A frozen drink machine was set up on the patio serving the guests refreshing "backyard lemonade." The drinks were served in mason jars displayed charmingly in an aluminum box.
